Who we are
Pride Corp is a professional development society aiming to build a deeper LGBT community within and beyond NYU. We frequently sponsor professional development workshops, networking events, and social events.

How to join
Pride Corp is open to all current lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgendered, and ally undergraduate students at Stern. Membership is confidential and students do not have to be “out” to join. We do not hold weekly meetings so join the listserv to stay updated on upcoming events. Upcoming Events Ally Week @ Stern (April 15-19, 2013) Potluck Social Friday, April 12, 2013 6:00 - 7:45pm Tisch Hall, UC 15 Come prepare yourself for the upcoming events for Ally Week and join us for the Potluck Social! We will be having a potluck (each attendee please bring one item or more) and will be going over the various events of the week. Come mingle and enjoy some homemade food with us! Presented by Pride Corp  -- Pledge Station / Ally Table Tuesday, Thursday (April 16, April 18) Common Hour UC Lobby Wednesday (April 17) 3 - 4:00pm 3rd floor Lounge  Come sign the Ally Pledge and pick up an Ally button at SLiK, the Student Life Information Kiosk. Information about upcoming events during the week will be available. Presented by Pride Corp and the Office of Student Life -- The Trevor Project Information Session Wednesday, April 17, 2013 7:00pm - 8:45pm Tisch Hall, KMEC 5-75 The Trevor Project is the leading national organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning youth. Representatives from The Trevor Project will lead us through exercises used in training for the suicide hotline that highlight the importance of allies in lieu of Ally Week. They will also discuss the offerings of the Trevor Project and how people can get involved in the future.  Presented by Pride Corp and Stern Cares -- The Importance of Allies - Accenture (Speaking Event) Thursday, April 18, 2013 7:00 - 8:45pm The Commerce Room A Q&A panel featuring Accenture executive Jennifer Giasone, North American Sales Lead about the importance of allies and moderated by Marc Harris, chair of Accenture's LGBT network.
